Inmo Paraguay S.A. was born in 2011 as a real estate development company, in 2012 the Marie Carol Complex was built on Dr morra and Guido Spano streets in the Villa Morra neighborhood, within the complex there are commercial premises and offices. In 2015 the company developed the Primetime residential building, which has 16 apartments on Dr. Morra street.

In 2019, the construction of Atrium began as a large complex, with 8 commercial premises, 5 floors of corporate offices, a gym, hotel and an event center.

In 2022, the Nueva Asunción Centro land development was launched, with more than 1,000 lots in its total extension, at the end of 2022 the construction of the Mirador del Chaco began in Nueva Asunción and in 2023 the development of the Bosque Lago gated community starts.
